I listen to three astrology podcasts a week and April’s is one of them. I enjoy her explanations on how to use aspects to our benefit and really love the listener question responses. Thank you for your show, April!! Please consider releasing each week’s podcast on Sundays! I would love to have that time to listen and mark my calendar with important information for the upcoming week. Once Monday starts, work is so crazy and it’s not as helpful to hear the podcast later on-especially if we can’t listen until Monday night or Tuesday, and miss an important transit. Having access on Sunday would be a wonderful weekly ritual to give many of us time to fully reflect and plan on how to use the astrology to help us in the coming week.

This is one of the staples I keep, and listen to weekly for astrological insights. April is a true expert in astrology, providing accurate and insightful astrological information.each week. She brings listeners questions to be answered and often a very useful & interesting lesson! I love the show For her weekly reports, and greatly appreciate all that I learn about astrology from April!

April has the best view on astrology. She doesn’t take herself or it too seriously but does bring a knowledge of the stars unsurpassed by anyone else. She is adept at houses, planets, signs, and aspects. I learned a lot from her about my own chart. Now I have insight into my personality. How to capitalize on the positive aspects and how to keep the negative at a minimum. Thank you April!

Your podcast is my favorite part of the week, I enjoy how you paint the pictures with transits, I write them in my Astro journal and I stay quoting the things you say and your voice is calming. I have fallen in love with this podcast. I’m new to the study of astrology and sometimes all the new vocabulary is overwhelming. April presents the information in a calm voice and intersperses music in between to give you a moment to process what she’s said. No hint of personal opinion of global strife or crisis arising the transit may bring. Thank you for letting me learn with you.

I have followed April for a long time. Admittedly, I ended up going down other paths following lots of other Astrologers as well. April is a breath of fresh air. What I’d like to say is that after re discovering April here through Apple Podcasts has brought a well needed balance to the other Astrologers Blogs and reports I read. I understand we are in tense times but it’s nice to hear some more practical thoughts as well as the Sabian symbols related to the degrees of the transits. It adds a rich and colorful hue to April’s Astrology Reports and does not focus on as much negativity. A look at the Big Sky with a balanced view. Great podcast April!

It’s great to be able to count on you, providing us with JUST the astro weather, without constantly tainting it with opinions and bias. I cannot believe how many astrologers have chosen to go down that road, some have become completely consumed with it! I’m so thankful to you. It’s perfectly fine to have opinions. But I for one VERY MUCH appreciate the fact that I don’t know what your political opinions are 🫶🏼

I have loved astrology since I discovered my mom’s copy of Linda Goodman’s Sun Signs in my early teens. Now in my 40s I still check in weekly and monthly with the planetary happenings and recently discovered April Elliott Kent. I enjoy her soothing narration, thoughtful interpretations of the weekly transits, and audience questions on her weekly podcast. Give it a try! I also want to recommend her solar return reports available through her website - I had some technical issues and her customer service was amazing! As astrology’s popularity has risen in the past few years so has the apps and podcasts and to have an actual person on the other end replying to my email and helping me felt very special. 💛

I spend most of my Monday mornings listening to three astrology podcasts, including this one. Aprils interpretations not only help assuage fears (global transits are scary; April focuses on what we CAN do and so it’s always an uplifting take) but also is funny and easy to understand.

Whenever I listen to April and Jen at Big Sky Astrology Podcast , I feel like I'm listening to my girlfriends having a chat about astrology. But it's not just a chat, they know their stuff. Every time I listen, I learn something new. Love the insights, the sincerity and the warmth that exude from these funny and witty women.

I’m loving this podcast because they are so knowledgeable about Astrology but I’m getting so mad at myself for not being able to follow because I need google to cross reference so many things that I miss out and then the Leo in me gets enraged because I thought I knew astrology....

Ok, this is the first time I’ve ever written a podcast review! I felt moved to because I am loving it. I actually listen to a lot of astrology podcasts. They’re all so different, but this one has a style I really love. I’ve been a follower of April’s astrology writing and blog articles for a long time so I was excited to check out her new podcast. And I am more than pleasantly surprised by it. Not only do I feel like I learn something every episode - and really appreciate April’s perspective and interpretations... but I love the fun conversational style and chemistry between April and Jen! Definitely subscribed and looking forward to it weekly.

I love this podcast! I learn something every time I listen. I am a Pisces sun Pisces moon with Sagittarius rising. Listening to this podcast among reading other blogs about the sun being in Pisces and the full moon being in Pisces I have to laugh. April says she works in the morning and needs a nap by 1:00 haha. This is my life everyday. I do get a kick hearing how everyone feels so emotional and out of sorts. Then adding retrograde in Pisces to top it off! I can honestly say I have not felt any different. I’ve always greatly admired April’s writing (and her gorgeous collage illustrations), but this podcast adds another dimension to the written and visual content of her website. I’ve been into astrology for almost my whole life. This podcast peels it back in new ways. My understanding if astrology is so much deeper now!

I’ve subscribed to April’s newsletter for a while now and really enjoy it. This podcast is a great addition with interesting and useful information. They both have nice voices and way of speaking with each other that make the show really enjoyable and entertaining. This is the only astrology podcast I listen to!! I’ve learned that one of April’s philosophies as an astrology is to “bring the big sky down to earth” and that is absolutely true - she explains things in everyday language that I can understand. Cohost Jen brings wonderful positive energy, and helps me learn how the weekly astrology themes can impact my life. Interesting, fun, inspiring!
